Gettin up early to train is starting to wear on ol Muddy. I barely did it this AM, but did it I did. I get to Powell Butte just after sunrise and find $10 next to an empty 40 of Olde English. Sweet!
Disability, a divorce and a near stroke made me quit drinking quit smoking quit gambling. all I have left is the memory of what I was before all that and classic rock. To get healthy again I'm doing CYCLOCROSS the toughest way to ride a bike. I did it a little in Santa Cruz 28 years ago and want to do it again since it seems popular now. Thats what this blog is about, me starting over at life after living a life.
